Another spy ware cleaner, with Spybot you should be really clean.

My favorite online virus scan. It's good to find and fix a problem.
If it fixes you problem than maybe you should buy their Pc version.

Easy-to-use, simple, and effective anti-malware application

Spybot Search & Destroy
This cleans most of the spy ware trash from your system. Most systems gain about 20% performance. (If they have spy ware.) There is also an immunize part that really helps.

WinSock XP Fix
WinSock XP Fix offers a last resort if your Internet connectivity has been corrupted due to invalid or removed registry entries. It can often cure the problem of lost connections after the removal of Adware components or improper uninstall of firewall applications or other tools that modify the XP network and Winsock settings.
